"Great care, but office staff needs improvement"
Our experience was mostly positive, but the office staff was lacking. The caregivers who worked with my mother were wonderful. However, the office staff was unresponsive to voicemails and had inconsistent hours. I had a hard time getting in touch, and when I finally did, the phone receptionist did not offer any sympathy after hearing about my mother's passing. When I suggested she could show some compassion in the future, she said she wasn't that kind of person.

"Great staff, well-kept facility in loved one's hometown"
