"Mixed experience with food and activities at assisted living"
Mom didn't eat much there. Some residents didn't like the food. Mom couldn't join many activities. Price is high but cheaper than most places.

"Poor Safety and Refund Policy: Not Recommended"
Don't go there. My friend stayed for 2 days. They didn't have a bed rail, and he fell and broke his hip. I asked for a refund since he was only there for 2 days, but they refused. I would not recommend it.

"Great place, but lacks low-income housing options"
My visit to Windsor Place of Wilmington was fantastic. The place was clean and tidy, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The only issue was they didn't have low-income options, which my father needed.
