"Friendly Staff, Layout Not Ideal"
My guide was super nice and explained everything well. She’s friends with the people living there, which is cool. But the first place we saw wasn’t great—it felt cramped and had stairs, which I didn’t like. Then she showed me another spot in Thunder Hill, and it was much better for my mom.

My contact was very friendly, inviting and knowledgeable of their services. The residents appeared friendly with the staff. I wasn't a fan of the floor-plan layout however. The common area was a bit small and had steps. Then I went to a second location nearby in the Thunder Hill community that I found to be a more suitable location for my mother.

"Very Accommodating"
We needed short-term care for a family member and had trouble finding a place that accepted stays less than a month. Aastoria II was very accommodating and provided good care.
