"Understaffed Care Home with Rude and Impatient Owner."

This place sadly doesn't live up to its hype at all. They only have one staff member per shift who's expected to do everything: take care of all the residents, cook and serve food, clean, do the laundry, manage medications, and even provide companionship. That's a crazy amount of work for one person! And then there's the owner, who also works as a caregiver, but is short-tempered, impolite and talks down to people. We didn't wait long before moving our family member elsewhere. There are places nearby that are not only nicer but also have more staff.

"Friendly staff and good care; improvements needed but recommended."

The community could be quicker with improvements. Staff is friendly and helpful. Though upgrades are needed, care is excellent. Communication with family is good; they keep us informed. Based on our experience, I recommend this community to others.

"Brief stay, everything was good."

The stay for our loved one was brief, but everything was good.

"Friendly Staff But Unclear About Pricing Details"

I was impressed with how the staff conducted the tour I took at this facility for my aunt. They were punctual for our appointment and remained friendly throughout our visit. However, I felt a bit uneasy when they couldn't provide a clear price for my aunt's stay. I really needed a fixed price. They simply didn't have the answers I needed, and this wasn't the same feeling I got from other facilities I'd checked out.

"Residential Style Community Didn't Suit My Mom's Needs"

My family and I briefly visited this community. It felt more like a residential home, which wasn't what we were looking for my mom and her requirements. We eventually found a community that better suited our needs.

"Probably Wouldn't Suggest This Assisted Living Home!"

The workers here seem like they need more training and there's just not enough of them. You can eat the food, but it's not the from-scratch cooking they promised. And there's no fun stuff for people to do. But they do make sure the place is clean.

"Perfect Place for My Parents"

My parents moved in on June 28th, and it’s been great so far. The staff and owner are very helpful and will do anything you ask. It’s a small home with only 7 residents; right now, my parents are the only ones there, but someone new is moving in on Wednesday. With fewer people, it’s harder to have activities, but my dad has learned a new card game and enjoyed playing Wii. My mom isn't into too much activity. The food is excellent—actually, they’re eating more here than at home, with lots of fruits and vegetables. The only complaint is that there's too much food! Overall, we’re very happy, and they’re adjusting well. It’s a big change for them after living in a three-bedroom home for 59 years. I feel this smaller place is the best option for them compared to my mother-in-law’s large assisted living facility.

"He and I Liked It, But No Residents Yet"

My brother He and me, we both liked it, but since they're just starting, there weren't any folks living there for us to see how it all worked.
