This place is merely one house and it's not tidy. The employees act inappropriately. I phoned to ask about various costs, but the person in charge was unconcerned and rude.

We talked to the Director. She was really nice and knew a lot about dementia and Alzheimer's. The small, clean home is in a quiet neighborhood. They give good attention to each patient. It's a good choice.

"Great Impressions at the Director's Meeting"
We had a meeting with the Director. We were very impressed by her warm hospitality, the friendly and homey environment, and her knowledge and experience with dementia and Alzheimer's patients. The residence is small, private, and clean, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. There's great potential for one-on-one patient attention due to the small staff and operation. Overall, it's a good option.

"Director and Staff Appreciated, But Location Not Ideal"
We had a good feeling about the Director and her team. However, Mom wasn't a fan of the stair chair lift and the place being too close to 495 - the traffic noise was a bit much. The Director was a really nice and thoughtful person.
