"Caring Staff Makes Atrium Village Shine"
The folks at Atrium Village are amazing. They helped my mom adjust to this Senior Living Facility after my dad passed away. I didn’t expect her to settle in so quickly, but the staff made it happen in just 4 months. The Executive Director, is like a comforting song for my mom. He sends us pictures of her smiling during activities, which puts our minds at ease. The staff encourages and assists her, and she’s even gained 25 pounds! Communication with our family is great—they keep us informed about any changes. We’re really happy with them, and Mom is doing very well.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
It wasn't a good experience for my mom and me. The staff shortage and constantly changing personnel made it worse. Weekends were especially bad for care. Now that I know better, I wouldn't choose this place for Mom. I picked it because it's close to home. Other places I visited had safety, cleanliness, and location issues.

"Atrium Village offers friendly staff and activities. Pricey but helpful."
My family and I like Atrium Village. The staff is nice, and they have activities and meals for residents. We recommend this community. Although it's pricey, the staff is helpful.

"Positive experience: Easy move, friendly staff, great activities, except segregated living areas."
We had a great time with the Sales Director, and moving to Atrium Village was simple. Dad toured before signing the lease and loved it. The facility inside is beautiful. After moving Dad in, some of us relaxed by a fireplace. Dad makes friends and plays pool daily. He had a buddy for a month who became a fast friend and joined us for dinner in Dad's room. They remind each other when it's mealtime. Dad enjoys activities, but needs a nudge sometimes. The calendar is full daily. Dad's on the Assisted Living side, which we like, but wish it wasn't so separate. There's a different activity calendar. We don't worry about Dad's medication. People visit him often. Everyone's kind, and staff know Dad well. A Nurse Practitioner visits twice weekly. There's a nice therapy room. Dad goes often, like a gym. They also visit his room to help with his memory. The website showed a pool, but it doesn't exist. We looked forward to Dad spending summer there. Overall, we're very happy with Atrium Village and proud of Dad's adaptability.

"Tour felt commercial, bingo incident unsettling at Atrium Village."
During our visit, Atrium Village felt too commercial, not like home. We saw a bingo instructor yell at a resident.

"Assisted Living: Mixed Bag with Broken Elevators"
Okay, so here's the deal: the assisted living place has some issues. The money you pay doesn't quite match up with what you get. The activities, food, and cleanliness? Not great. Plus, there's no owner on-site. And get this the elevators have been broken since August! And when you do use them, they're just plain gross.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
I’m a bit disappointed with the assisted living facility. They’re not helping my dad as they should. The staff is friendly, but there are gaps in their care. No complaints about the food. Dad attends exercise classes, but it’s expensive. I’m staying optimistic.

"Assisted Living Falls Short in Staffing and Communication"
The place where my family member stays doesn't have enough people to help them. The workers don't talk to us quickly enough when we need to ask something. There's no easy way for the people who live there to tell someone if they've fallen down and can't get up or if they need help. Usually, there are only 3 workers for every person in the area where my family member is. When I visit, I end up taking care of my family member myself, and that makes me really stressed. We're spending money for them to be here, but they're not getting the help they were promised. Some of my family member's things have gone missing since they moved here. It seems like the place cares more about making things easier for the workers than for the people who live here.

"Mixed Feelings About Atrium Village Assisted Living"
Atrium Village is a really big place. When you walk in, it feels very business-like, which makes it seem a bit unwelcoming. The building is nice with lots of new stuff and fancy fireplaces. But when we went into the memory care part, it looked old-fashioned, with burgundy and green walls. They said it had updates, but it didn't seem like it.

"Budget-Friendly Community Tour"
This was my first time searching for a community like this. The tour was good, and the community seemed nice. I just needed something within my loved one’s budget.
