"Assisted Living Facility Needs Private Rooms with Walk-In Showers"
The place was nice, and [name removed] was kind. But, it didn't have private rooms with bathrooms. Instead, the bathroom was shared with one other person, and it didn't have a walk-in shower. It seemed like residents enjoyed it, though. I think it would be better if they had private rooms and bathrooms with walk-in showers.

"Didn’t Stay Long"
My mother-in-law didn’t stay here for long because of her dementia. The staff thought it would be safer to move her to a more secure place. During her time here, she had a good experience. The staff was friendly, and the community was clean and well-maintained.

"Inadequate food and lack of activities at senior living facility"
Don't believe the pictures you see online of this assisted living facility. The actual place is way different. This is a place where senior people spend their whole day doing nothing but napping or just sitting around. The television is on at all times, either for background noise or for those who want to watch. The food they serve is okay, but not diverse. There have been days where we had the same veggies over and over. I've also noticed expired food items, like salad dressings and snacks. Some of the frozen meats have use-by dates that are months old. It's clear that they are scrimping on the food budget. The people who work over the weekend were nice though, probably because they didn't have to do all the cleaning and other jobs.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Active Residents but Relies on Day Care for Activities"
The residents in the 12619 house (2 vacancies) were more active than the ones in the 12620 house (1 vacancy). The caretaker said they were all "very intelligent." However, both houses depend on adult day care for entertainment and activities.

"Assisted Living Houses Offer Activities but Rely on Daycare"
The places where seniors live at 12619 were livelier than 12620. The caretaker mentioned that people there were "very smart." However, both houses depend on adult daycare for fun things to do.

"Exceptional care, friendly staff, and safe environment for seniors."
The place was really nice, inside and out. It was bright inside, and the people who worked there were really nice. They had handrails along the hallways which was good for safety.
