"Low cost, but poor service and boring activities"
This place might cost less, but the service is awful, the food is bad and there's a new worker all the time. At first, they're nice and helpful but then the managers vanish and avoid you. They only have activities once a week and it's always a dull Zumba class. For the rest of the time, they just stick your parent in front of a TV while the workers sit around texting.

"Great care and quick response for memory care needs"
We were really pleased with this facility. Our loved one needed to move quickly from another place, and they took him in right away. The cost was great for the services they offered. Even though he started having memory problems, they didn’t send him away. They adjusted their care to meet his needs. The only problem we noticed was that the night manager position changed frequently, but they might have fixed this issue.

"Not Pleased with Autumn Meadows: Poor Hygiene, Rude Management"
Our experience with this place wasn't good at all. The place wasn't always tidy and they failed to properly take care of my mom's personal cleanliness. When compared to her current place, Autumn Meadows doesn't make the cut. My mom felt unhappy there, so we decided to switch her place. Also, there wasn't much for the residents to do there. I feel the staff needs a lot more training to better handle people in assisted living. Unfortunately, many of them seemed tired and not really liking their job. They got a new person to run the place, but she wasn't nice at all.

"Great care and facilities with personalized attention"
Autumn Meadows has been great for my mom. The staff is very caring, patient, and understanding of her needs. The place is clean, and the food is really good. They have games to keep residents busy and help them socialize. I can bring special supplies for my mom, and the staff stores and gives them to her when needed. A hairdresser comes every two weeks to style her hair, and a nurse checks in on everyone once a month. Each resident has their own private bedroom, and there is about one bathroom for every two residents.

It’s a nice place with friendly staff. Mom seems happy, and that’s what matters.

"Unkind Staff and No Fun in This Place"
The workers here are totally not cool and super mean. They don't make special food for people with certain diets. They don't plan any fun stuff, just boring TV time...don't ever let someone you care about stay here.

"Nice care, overall"
We used this place for my family member, and overall, they did a great job. It was a clean, friendly facility. However, they hired a caregiver who caused problems by calling ambulances too often, so we switched to another place.

A Place For Mom Customer
"A welcoming, well-maintained assisted living facility."
This place is really nice. It has 11 residents, but can fit 15, all in private rooms. Lots of comfy sitting areas with TVs and outdoor patios. The furniture is gently used and well cared for. Feels safe, clean, and peaceful. My visit was unexpected, but the Director said I could stop by anytime.

"Comfortable Assisted Living with Pleasant Atmosphere and Personalized Attention"
This place is really nice. There are 11 residents right now, but they can have up to 15. Everyone gets their own room. There are lots of places to sit inside, most with TVs, and a few outdoor patios too. The furniture looks nice and well cared for. I felt safe and peaceful there. When I visited, the residents had just finished playing bingo and were getting ready to watch TV or relax. I didn't even have an appointment; the Director said I could stop by anytime.

"Convenient Location for Some, but May Isolate Family Visits"
The place is nice, but it's a bit far for family to visit easily. It could still be a good option if nothing else works out.

"Great facility, but no pets, which is a deal-breaker. Disappointed."
This place seemed promising, but no pets allowed, which is a bummer. I was really looking forward to it because it sounded awesome and the price was reasonable. The director was nice, though.

The manager didn't remember my appointment. When I got there, the staff were really nice and showed me around room 1262. Everything looked really nice and clean.
