When I visited Avalon Assisted Living Facilities, we met Georgia. She was friendly and candid. She didn't push a sale because it wouldn't suit my aunt's needs. My aunt has mild dementia and requires more interaction than these homes can provide.

"Secure and Caring Environment for Dementia Care"
We picked this place for my mom who has moderate memory problems and needed a safe home focusing on dementia. She stays in the Rebecca House and it's really safe. My mom can be pretty picky that's just how she is but she says the staff are really nice and treat her well. I also like how the staff talk to and treat the people who live there, with respect and kindness. The staff and the owner have been easy to work with when small problems come up and I trust that they take good care of my mom. The place can have up to 15 people and is in a big house in a nice neighborhood. The decorations aren't fancy at all and are a little old, but it's safe and cozy. The rooms are small but there are many places where everyone can hang out together. There aren't a lot of activities, which is the only real bad thing. The staff can handle problems without calling me (which is what I asked for). They also have doctors who come to visit, which I'm happy about. I think my mom is getting good care at Rebecca House because the staff pay attention to her and are nice to her, and they do what they can to help her. That was the most important thing for us.

"High-Quality Care in a Cozy Setting"
We picked this place for my mom, who has memory problems. It's called Rebecca House, and it's super safe. My mom can be picky, but she says the staff are nice and treat her well. They talk to everyone with respect. The place isn't fancy, but it's cozy and safe. There aren't many activities, though. The staff handle issues without bothering me, which is what I wanted. They even have medical staff visit. Overall, I think my mom gets good care at Rebecca House.

At Avalon Assisted Living, they do a great job overall. The staff is friendly and professional, addressing family concerns and accommodating requests.

"Professional, caring staff and good facilities. Wish we had this!"
The staff here are very professional and kind. They truly care about the residents. There are enough staff members for the number of people living here. I wish this place had been available for my mom before she passed away. Nursing homes are not good compared to this place!
