"Great option for independent seniors with refundable deposit and services."
I think it's a good place for older people who are still independent or for couples. I would recommend it. What I really like is that they give your deposit back if you decide not to stay, which isn't always the case in other places. They offer a bunch of services you can pay for as you need them. Those costs can add up, so if you're thinking about moving in, you should think about how your needs might change and how you'll pay for things like family help, services from the community, or outside helpers.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
The community looks nice, and my dad feels safe. But it took a week to set up cable, and we're unsure about cleaning and laundry days. Not my top pick.

"Informative tour, undecided but pleased, explored floor plans with friend."
I had a fun time on the tour, and I thought the place was in a good spot. I haven't decided yet if I want to move there or not, but having all the info is great. Me and my friend had a blast checking out the floor plans!

"Satisfied with the Community for Mother-in-Law"
My mother-in-law moved to this place, and things are going well. She's doing fine, and we're happy with what they've done for us. The staff is good, and they're taking care of her needs. The place is nice and clean whenever we visit. They serve good meals and have fun activities for residents. The prices fit her budget. We would have liked someone to show her around when she first moved in, but overall, we're happy with this place and would recommend it.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Good Staff, Clean, Activities, Recommended"
My mom's doing great in this place. She's in a spot where she can do her own thing, but help's there if she needs it. The folks working here are nice and easy to deal with. They keep the place clean and tidy, which is good. They also have stuff for people to do, which is cool. The food they serve is pretty good, and Mom likes it. I feel good knowing she's in a safe place. Overall, it's been good, and I'd tell others about it.

"Subpar Care and Broken Promises at Bedford Court Rehabilitation"
My older family member was placed into Bedford Court, situated in Olney, after suffering from broken bones. We had heard positive things and assumed it was a reputable place for nursing and recuperation. The admissions individual assured us of quality care which was comforting since we were relieved to have found an opening there. Unfortunately, our relative was squeezed into an uncomfortably small section of an already tiny room. We hoped patiently that her stay would be short-lived. Within the first seven days, on two occasions, we found our relative uncomfortably drenched in her morning attire, inclusive of bedding, by midday. I voiced my concerns to the social worker who insisted she was the right person to address our issues. Sadly, the staff members consistently placed items, including drinks, on the side of her body that needed healing. Family-suggested solutions for various problems seemed to be neglected. The social worker's promises turned out empty. The sad reality was, after nearly three weeks, another injury occurred at the facility. When asked, it was unclear as to why or how it happened. Bedford Court carelessly suggested attending to her either on-site or at the hospital. Wisely, we chose the latter. The striking difference was the hospital reached out an hour after her arrival while Bedford Court communicated only two hours post her admittance there. Bedford Court's therapy lead appeared very diligent and thorough once he was made aware of our concerns. In contrast, the facility's social worker was all talk but lacked any effective action. While I was gathering my relative's belongings, I had a revealing discussion with the nursing head who appeared clueless about the lackluster care provided, despite her representatives attending a family meeting with the staff. To me, this exemplified the lack of coordination in Bedford Court's Rehabilitation unit.

"Review of Assisted Living Facility - Pleasant and Economical"
We had a meeting with a staff member. We took a tour around the community and even had lunch there. The place was nice and the people living there were friendly. There were many activities to do and the pricing was reasonable. This is the first place we've checked out, so we're giving it a 3-star rating. We want to have some wiggle room for ratings as we continue to look at other places.

"Assisted Living Facility Meets Expectations, But Could Offer More Activities"
This place is doing pretty well. There have been a few small issues, but they're getting sorted out. When we mention something, they try to fix it. It would be great if they had more activities that guys would enjoy, like more Wii games on the big screen.

"Upgrade TV and internet for happier residents."
My parents think Bedford Court is pretty good. They just wish they had better TV and internet. With more young people moving in, they'll need to make those upgrades soon.

"A Nice Assisted Living Facility"
They really try hard to be flexible and meet the needs of the clients. They try to find the best situation for them. The food is pretty good, and my family member hasn't had any complaints. Everything's been going smoothly. They do a great job keeping the place clean. Everyone there is friendly and helpful, including the residents. They offer activities for them too. Overall, it's a nice place to be.

"Safe and Caring Living for Seniors at Bedford Court"
The folks I've met here are really patient and kind. They remember everyone's special needs and even their names. They're also good at understanding how everyone feels and if they're having any physical or memory issues. Plus, they keep things light with their sense of humor. The staff makes sure everything's in order, from keeping records to passing on any issues to the next shift. They take care of cleaning up a bit and making sure everyone's staying clean and eating right. If something's broken, they make sure it gets fixed. They plan fun stuff for everyone to do, so nobody gets bored or lonely. Overall, I'm happy with how my loved one is looked after here at Bedford Court.

"Non-ideal Assisted Living, Adequate Independent Living at Facility"
My family member did okay in the independent living part of this facility, but when we needed them to move to the assisted living section, things changed dramatically. The facility was greatly understaffed, making communication between the workers and our family very poor. The always busy staff had too many work demands, always giving us reasons why they couldn't meet ours. When my family member had an accident, the emergency buttons were useless, forcing us to reach out to the front desk. I have no complaints about the independent living section, and a lot of the caregivers were great people and tried their best, but they lacked organization. I had to, eventually, get private caregivers for my mother. To make things weirder, they require two months notice before moving out, which is not typical. In spite of this, there's always people moving in and out. Simply put, it was too difficult to manage. It felt dangerous housing my mom in the assisted living segment, and I felt anxious about her well-being. The independent living section was decent though, although it lacked stimulating activities.

"Mom's Safety Improving"
My mom might go to this place. I'm scared bigger places won't care enough for her. Her main problem is falling, which is serious. I stayed with her last night and she didn't fall once, so she's getting better at balancing. She's also doing physical therapy, which is making a difference.
