"Caring Staff and Responsive Service Make a Difference"
Moving to this place was tough for my 95-year-old friend. She doesn't like change, but the staff here has been really nice to her. They're trying hard to make her feel comfortable and part of things, even though she can be grumpy sometimes! They always give her medications on time and tell us what we need to know. If I have a question, everyone, including the boss, is easy to talk to and quick to help. This was not how it was before, and it makes a big difference.

"Compassionate Care and Understanding Staff at Brighton Gardens Assisted Living"
My loved one was only at Brighton Gardens briefly, but our experience was very positive. Sue, who handles their sales, was wonderful. She was kind and understanding, answered all my questions without making it feel like a sales pitch. Everyone at the facility was helpful and empathetic, which really reduced the stress of finding the right place. For instance, we had a billing issue, but they were patient, saying to send it when convenient. They didn't pressure us during such a stressful time.
