"Friendly Assisted Living with Pool and Fun Activities"
I visited Brightview Bel Air and thought about living there. The tour guide was really nice, and the place felt cheerful and clean. They even had a pool! The activities seemed fun.

"Brightview lacked assisted living, felt like a busy hotel."
We visited Brightview for my dad but they lacked assisted living. The place felt like a hotel. It's busy with mostly women.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
This community didn’t provide sufficient care for residents, especially my wife. The small rooms were only doubles, and the high price didn’t match the offerings. However, the staff was friendly and answered my questions.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
My mom's time at this place was just okay. The staff could be more positive, and the cleanliness needs improvement.

"Unimpressed with Facility’s Aged Structure and Cramped Spaces"
I went with a buddy who was there to see his mom. The place has an old feel to it that I didn’t really like. Also, the rooms felt pretty tight.

"Praise for Excellent Care and Communication at Assisted Living Facility"
We really like them. It's been great. The staff is nice. The only thing I don't like is they have only one elevator. Everyone here is friendly, which I like. They are good at fixing issues quickly and keeping us informed.

"Mixed Experience: Brightview Bel Air Assisted Living Facility"
Brightview Bel Air is a nice building with good stuff. The dining room is cozy for residents, and food is okay. It felt somewhat dark inside, but maybe it’s better now because they were doing renovations when my dad left. I didn’t see the final result. Most of the staff was helpful, but communication with the nursing staff could be better. They seemed busy and sometimes things happened without us knowing. These places depend on how much you’re involved. Brightview tries to keep residents engaged with activities and trips, making it an okay choice for assisted living.

"Great care and friendly staff make Avondell a top choice"
I recently moved my mom into Avondell. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The other residents made her feel at home right away. She now has a safe and welcoming place with lots of activities if she wants to join in. She doesn’t have to stress about cooking and cleaning, because they handle that. They even give her rides to doctor’s appointments and shopping trips. I feel much better knowing she’s safe and taken care of.

The facility is nice but expensive for mom. No one met us during our unplanned visit from Brightview Avondell.
