Brightview is a beautiful place inside. The staff is very friendly and well-chosen. This is the best community my loved ones have been in so far. I'm very happy with Brightview's services.

"Friendly Community with Good Care Options"
Brightview West is a really pretty place. Everyone is super nice. Because of COVID, they had to stop all activities, but before that, they had happy hour in the afternoons, social hour, exercise classes, and painting classes. Their care system isn't based on points. They have four stages, and your loved one will fit into one based on how much help they need. This made it easy to understand. Our loved ones share a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with a spacious living room. The food seems good because our loved ones haven't complained about it yet.

"Avoid: Rude Staff, Costly, Unfinished Repairs"
The people running this place, like the managers and front desk folks, are not nice at all. And it costs way too much. A lot of the apartments are vacant and their hallways and elevator aren't easy to use. They haven't even finished repairs on the floors and walls. The food isn't bad but they serve too much and it's kinda greasy. I wouldn't tell anyone to go there.

"Generous Portions and Caring Staff at Brightview Assisted Living"
Checking out places for my family, we read reviews for Brightview’s sites and checked this one. It’s nice, with friendly staff. They’re really focused on renting out empty rooms, though, which sometimes means less attention for current residents. But that’s mostly the sales team and office staff. They organize activities and keep us updated with a newsletter around the place. Family member loves the food, definitely 5 stars. Lots of options, always something good on the menu, and tastes great. Only complaint is the big portions, but that's just them making sure everyone's well-fed. I’d recommend this place to others.

"Impressed with staff and rooms, cautious on high cost ahead."
It's too early to call it fabulous, as the facility hasn't opened yet (opening in October). However, I'm pleased and impressed with everyone I've met, and the rooms are gorgeous. The cost is quite high, even for this area where prices are generally elevated.
