"Assisted Living Facility: Staffing Challenges Impact Cleanliness and Satisfaction"
They don't have enough staff, turnover is fast. Cleanliness needs improvement, especially bathrooms. Mostly staffing issues, but she was nice.

"Charlotte’s Home: Cozy, but Distant"
We liked Charlotte’s Home because it felt like a real house. The location was a bit farther than we preferred, and sharing a room wasn’t ideal.

"Warm and Welcoming Assisted Living Farmhouse"
My mom’s been here a month. She’s well taken care of and made friends. Staff could be friendlier, but they’re efficient. The place is an old farmhouse, but it feels warm, not cold like other facilities.
