"Awful Facility Lacks Care, Stability, and Adequate Provisions"
Definitely avoid entrusting your beloved family member to this facility! The caregivers are on short-term Visas, so there's a frequent staff turnover. We had a rare positive experience with a single caregiver, but the others were highly unprofessional and clearly did not value their roles – they would smoke on the premises, play loud music, and wander around inappropriately dressed in just a towel. The owner is completely disappointing. She initially seems caring and responsible but it's just a front. Groceries are never timely delivered which has, many times, led to food exhausting for the residents. In one instance, dinner was just a single slice of bologna, or often, ramen noodles are served. The unresponsive owner disregards concerns and strains the caregivers, who are living in and are supposed to "work". Don't think your loved ones will receive any care overnight. The facility fails to offer any recreational activities to residents despite making promises to do so. I found myself being the one who arranged for basic necessities like paper towels. I even had to go out and buy food for the residents, as the owner neglected her duties. Please, don't even consider this facility!

"Mixed Feelings Despite Friendly Staff"
My family member really likes living here. The people treat them nicely. The food is good, my family member says. Overall, it's a pleasant place. There isn't a dedicated office staff; I mostly deal with the owner. That's why I've rated it lower. The staff is friendly they all seem to be from Jamaica. However, there have been three staff turnovers since my family member moved in.

"A More Secure Place For My Sister-In-Law"
This place provides the care my sister-in-law needs. Because of her dementia, she needs a secure environment. The community is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. She enjoys the activities and food.

"Underwhelming Assisted Living Facility Fails to Impress Families"
My brother, dad, and I visited this place together. We all felt it wasn't right for dad. Nothing really wowed us. The tour guide had a hard time giving us info. We didn't feel welcomed. It lacked a cozy vibe. Dad didn't even want to see the rooms.
