"Mixed Experience at Emerald Assisted Living"
My loved one stayed at Emerald Assisted Living. Overall, it was good. The staff was nice, but many changed often. Food was good but not for diabetics. The move-in was okay. I visited daily. They should add exercise. Residents mostly watched TV all day. No walks or chair exercises. No puzzles or card games. Overall, positive and safe for loved ones.

"Great care and communication, even from a distance"
The facility was great with communication, which was really important because we lived 2 hours away. They treated her like gold, especially in her last days. We made unannounced visits, and she was always fresh and comfortable. Mom passed away a week into the prepaid month, and they gave us a pro-rated refund, which was a wonderful surprise. I also want to say that the hospice connected to the facility was outstanding. Emerald had a great layout for her since she was in bed most of the time. She did spend some time in an adult "high chair" with the other residents.

"A Loving and Caring Home Beyond Expectations"
It was a tough choice to move my husband into an assisted living home. But from the moment I walked in, I knew this place was right for him. Even in the short time he was there, I saw how amazing the care was much better than I expected. The two caregivers took such good care of him, showing him lots of love and attention. We were really lucky to find a place that met his needs so well. I’m always going to be grateful for the kindness and care he received.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The house is on a busy street. It was small and dark and didn't smell clean when I walked in. I didn't stay because it didn't seem right for my mom.

"Emerald Assisted Living: Affordable, Close-knit Community with Caring Staff"
We chose Emerald Assisted Living for its affordability and proximity to family. The community itself is excellent. Caretaker is very kind and attentive. The food is good, though initially not tailored to diabetic needs. They've improved. More activities would be nice, but overall, it's a great fit for us.

We chose Emerald for price and family proximity. Community's great. One caretaker is nice and caring. Food's good. Initially struggled with diabetic needs but improved. Wish for more activities, but overall, a great fit for us.
