"Small, dirty facility; not recommended for loved ones."
I wouldn't suggest this place. It's small and not clean.

"Avoid: Rude Staff and Overpriced Services"
This establishment is simply the worst. I would strongly advise against bringing your loved ones here. The employees are extremely impolite, including the owner, all they seem to care about is how much money they can extract from you!

"Avoid this Careless Assisted Living Facility!"
This spot utterly lacks any semblance of resident care. For starters, the so-called nurses there aren't doing their jobs in the slightest. They're either glued to the TV in the communal room or ignoring the residents entirely. They've left the residents without activities for weeks on end. Personal hygiene? Forget about it. The head nurse is haughty and completely unresponsive. They shout at and neglect the residents. As for the owner, they mirror this disdainful behavior. Steer clear of this establishment.

"Not the Best Fit for Our Family’s Needs"
This assisted living place didn’t really fit what my family member needed. It wasn’t very tidy, and stuff on the ground could make you trip. The people working there were friendly though. But the care here wasn’t as good as the place he’s at now. They told us it was a safe place, but we saw someone who lives there outside by themselves.

"Decent Staff, Mediocre Facility"
The people at Golden Years seemed nice overall. The place was okay, but my loved one was only there briefly.

"A Caring Visit"
I met her today, a kind lady who cares deeply about her homes. The place is clean, though a fresh coat of paint wouldn’t hurt. I’ll arrange another visit to show my mother; she’ll appreciate the country setting.

"Aging Facility with Clean Rooms and 24/7 Friendly Staff"
The facility has a fresh scent and appears clean. Each room houses two twin beds. The building is showing signs of age. I didn't see any activities happening today, but the TV was on. The staff, who are very friendly, live on site and provide round-the-clock care. There's a backyard enclosed by a chain-link fence.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living"
I kinda like the Village at Carroll Park. They don't focus much on old folks, though. It's more about mentally ill or dementia people. At first, I wasn't thrilled, so I visit every day. Seems like they go above and beyond for me. But if you don't have family visiting, they're not as helpful. Staff is stretched thinlike everywhere else. Without my daily visits, I wouldn't leave my loved one there. Sadly, all places around here are similar.

"Decent Stay, Friendly Staff"
My family member stayed here for about a month. We had to move her to another place because she got sick. The people here did a pretty good job taking care of her, just like we hoped. But the service didn’t really wow us. They kept the place neat and tidy, and the people working here were nice.

"Drove to Tour, But Bad Exterior Stopped Me"
I took a drive to check out this place, but I never actually went inside. The outer appearance was poorly maintained, and it just gave me a bad vibe. The fact that there were no chairs outside made it feel unwelcoming.

"Affordable, Tidy Home with Active Common Area"
This home is simple, but the couple who own it make sure it’s always clean. When I went there, I was happy to see that everyone hung out together in the living room. They were mostly watching TV, though. The lady who runs it makes sure people get to shower every day and tries hard to get them to spend lots of time outside their rooms. Out of all the places I’ve seen, this one doesn’t cost a lot of money.

"Friendly Facility, But Room and Shower Arrangements Disliked"
The place seemed nice and tidy. She was with us, and before we even left, she declared she wouldn't stay here. He wasn't too thrilled either. She didn't want to share a room and really disliked the shower setup.'
