""Lies and Poor Accommodation at Assisted Living Facility""
Super old place. Barely any visitor parking spots. Really didn't like the place. They recommended another one of their places that we checked out, and we immediately asked for the room. Barely an hour later, they told us the room wasn't available anymore. Less than a fortnight later, we came to know that the room was free but they wouldn't let my mom stay as she uses a wheelchair. They claimed that my mom was assigned a Level of Care 3 but they never even met her, let alone assess her. They just tell lie upon lie.

"Convenient Location with Pleasant Outdoor Spaces"
This place is by the highway near the fire department. It has a nice porch and some yard space in the back. The company also owns other homes that are very nice, with more outdoor areas, but they are located off 695 near or past 70.

"A Great Facility Close to Home with Medicaid Support"
We really liked this place because it's close to our home and the price is lower than where our aunt is now. It fits our budget. We were also looking for a facility that accepts Medicaid, and this one does. It was very clean and felt warm and homey. The staff was super friendly and gave us lots of helpful information. We chose this facility for Mom.

"Concerns About Assisted Living Facility for Dad"
This place was pretty tidy and the people working there were nice. But, the building's kinda old and not as lively as some others. It's clear that the folks living there are happy. But, there are a few things bothering me. Like, it's two floors high with no elevator, and they have to share bathrooms with like 3 or 4 people. I'm not sure if this is the best spot for my dad.

"Assisted living facility with friendly staff, but lacks amenities"
This place was pretty clean, and the people who work there were nice. But, the building is kinda old and not as bright and happy as some others. It seems like the folks who live there are happy enough. But, I worry because it doesn't have an elevator, and it's two stories tall. Also, they share bathrooms with up to 3 or 4 people. I'm not sure if this is the best spot for my dad.
