"Outstanding care and staff—highly recommend this facility!"
Thank you, Hart Heritage, for taking care of my mom! The care from your amazing staff was truly outstanding. Everyone was so kind and professional while my mom was there. "Facility Barely Cares; Residents Appear Overmedicated and Bored"
They basically just feed, clean, and tuck your loved one into a recliner for the night. There's no fun stuff or even time outdoors. It's like most people living there are over-drugged and out of it. Totally sad!
