"Poor Conditions and Unfair Treatment at Kingshire Manor"

After getting better at a hospital in Bethesda, Maryland, the staff told us to try their sister place, Kingshire Manor, for my mom's long-term stay. The person handling admissions agreed to help with my mom's paperwork for money help. But my mom's room was awful - the walls and furniture had stains, the curtains were torn, and the mattress and blanket were all used up. I asked for a different room, which was a little bit better. The admissions person tried to pressure us into paying for the stay ourselves. The admissions director even accused me of hiding my mom's money, even though he had no proof. I felt picked on and pressured to pay. From what I've seen, I wouldn't recommend this place.
