"Assisted Living Costs Rise at Morningside House"
The Morningside House, where my mom currently lives, accepts residents who need more care than they can provide (my mom is a good example). They increased their rates by 10% this year and plan to raise them another 10% each year. I work hard to support my mom there, but unless someone can walk and do things independently, I wouldn't recommend this place.

"Well-kept facility with caring staff and good meals"
The facility is very clean and always looks nice. We picked it because it's close to family and friends. The staff is caring and truly concerned about our Mom. They are consistent, reliable, and mostly employees, not contractors like at other places. The meals are well-prepared and tasty.

"Great staff, some amenities could improve"
We chose this place because of all the amenities like weekly laundry, plus it's convenient for my sister and nieces to visit. I'm happy with it, but I wish they would do everything they advertise. Overall, we're pretty satisfied. The staff and nurses are great with my mom.

"Caring Staff and Great Food Make This Place Special"
The staff here are very responsive to any need or concern. They focus on keeping their staff, which is important for building trust. Morningside House of Friendship really works on this. The staff aren’t rushed and take time to build rapport. Our mom liked the meals and the variety, including picnics, sundaes, milkshakes, and great ice cream. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

"Lots of music activities, spacious apartment, recommend for seniors."
The area called Stepping Stones doesn't offer exercise classes, but they have many music activities instead. My relative lives in a one-bedroom apartment here, and it's big enough for all her needs. I would suggest Morningside House of Friendship to others searching for a place.
