"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Homes in Elkridge and Jessup"
I visited their homes in Elkridge and Jessup with my daughter. The owners seemed nice to us. We liked the activities they had for the seniors. At the Jessup home, my mom would have had her own room, but it was a bit too expensive for us. As for the Elkridge home, I didn't like it much. There were too many steps and too many people sharing one shower downstairs. The powder room was upstairs. There wasn't a deck, and there wasn't much space outside for my mom to enjoy.

"Weighing Pros and Cons"
They were helpful and listened to me about what my loved one needed. They promised to deliver on what they told me, but things changed little by little as we moved in. When I was signing papers and moving my loved one in, the price increased by $650. The staff and care are excellent, but the administration end is where the issue lies. The Social Worker doesn't socialize with residents, and despite applying for Medicaid, there has been no word on that. The people and church services are great, though. We're hoping for a positive change, or we'll have to move.

"Great care, tasty meals, and lots of fun activities!"
This is a great place to live. The staff is caring and always paying attention to the residents' needs. The food is tasty, and there are plenty of different meals to choose from. They also offer lots of fun activities and try new things often. We recommend this place for its excellent care and good value.
