"Better Care Options Needed: Unsatisfied with Staff Response and Cleanliness"
This place just doesn't cut it for my mom. Yes, the people who work here are nice, but they just don't have things for her to do and enjoy. Also, it wasn't as clean as it should be and that wasn't cool. I wasn't pleased with how the staff couldn't answer some of the things I asked. I don't recommend this place. Families should look at other options.

"Met with Director and Explored Small Facility"
I met with the director and toured the facility. I really liked her, even though the place is small and currently only has two residents. I'll consider it as an option if nothing else works out.
