The staff is friendly, but there are medication issues. Mom’s room is nice, but food is just okay. Limited conversation partners due to memory care. Medium-sized facility; recommend regular check-ins.

"Paradise: Top Choice for Alzheimer's Care!"
The staff is super friendly, and they have a tech who keeps everything clean. They only talk to family if there's an issue, which is fine by me. Moving in was easy-peasy. I can't say much about the food since my Dad's a picky eater. I'd totally recommend Paradise to others. They take good care of Alzheimer's patients.

"Honesty Refreshes Assisted Living Experience"
I believe the head nurse, GM, and building manager are excellent. The price played a role, as did the honesty of the executive director. He openly acknowledged the areas they're still improving, including the staff. His straightforwardness was refreshing.

"Okay Stay, But Few Activities and Rent Increase"
My family member stayed at Paradise Assisted Living and it was alright. They didn’t have a lot of fun stuff to do there, and they said there would be more activities than there really were. The cost to live there went up a lot in less than a year. If you don’t get a lot of money changes, this place could be good for you.

"Knowing she's safe and happy at Paradise overrides any imperfections."
It's not flawless. The place isn't always spotless, especially the laundry. But when I visit my mom twice a week at Paradise, she's engaged in activities 75% of the time, and she seems genuinely happy. Knowing she's safe, has friends, and is happy outweighs any other concerns.

I suggest visiting to see if it suits your loved one. Overall, we're pleased. Staff is helpful and responsive to questions and concerns. Three meals daily for residents. New Activities Director, activities starting up.

The fun stuff here could be way better. We picked this place because of all the cool things to do. But, they changed who's in charge and now there's nothing fun to do. Our family member loves being around people.

The assisted living facility lacks structure. Residents are often just sitting around, while staff members use their cell phones. The old facility needs updating, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The place was small, and the staff was friendly and seemed well-prepared. The only downside was that they can only provide level 3 care, so they couldn’t handle extra needs for our loved one.

I had a good time visiting the home. They only had shared rooms, no single rooms were open. The place looked clean. I saw different groups doing activities. One group played a game, others did word searches, and some watched TV. Everything seemed nice, but they didn't have any private rooms available.

"A Great Place to Be!"
I'm really happy here at this place. It's a nice community, and I'm glad I moved here. The place looks good, and they do a great job keeping it clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they offer activities for residents. The food is delicious – they serve tasty home-cooked meals. I'd definitely recommend this community; it's been great for me.
