"Staff is kind and attentive; minor language barrier noted. Owner proactive."
The staff at this assisted living facility is very kind and sweet. They are always there for my mom, ensuring she is fed and well cared for. They even give her a kiss on the cheek as they walk by. It's a smaller community, but sometimes there's a language barrier which makes my loved one feel isolated. Despite this, they do a great job with her. The owner speaks perfect English, is always present, and handles any issues that arise. The food, though a bit bland, might be suitable for their residents. Overall, it's a very caring place.

"Poor Customer Service Discourages Consideration of Facility"
I called to schedule a visit and the person on the line didn't want to bother setting an appointment until we were ready to choose. If this is how they act now, how will they be if we leave our family member with them? We're not interested.

"Impressive facility with clean, secure, private rooms; needs activity list"
I am very impressed with their staff. The place is clean, and the security is great! The residents look happy and well cared for. The rooms are a good size, and I like that they all have private bathrooms. I would like to see a list of activities and events offered, though.

"Clean, Secure, But Needs More Activities"
I was really impressed with [name removed]! The place was super clean, and I felt safe with their security system. The people living there seemed happy and well taken care of. The rooms were really nice and big, and it was cool that they all had their own bathrooms. One thing I think they could improve on is having a list of all the fun stuff they do there. It would be awesome to know what activities and events they have!

"Clean but unsuitable, rundown with limited activities, mainly TV."
The place was clean but not right for us. It looked old and dirty, with peeling paint. The main activity seemed to be watching TV.

"Decent care, pleasant environment, but could improve meal options."
Our loved one is doing okay at Morning Rainbow Assisted Living. The place is nice and the staff talk well with us. They take good care of him and try to make him feel better. We're not always there for meals, but we hope they offer healthy choices. There's a spot outside for fresh air if he wants it. They say they don't make residents do things they don't want to, but going outside might be good for them.

"Not What We Expected"
When we visited Morning Rainbow Assisted Living, we didn't like it. It felt like everyone was crowded together in one place, and it wasn't what we were hoping for.

"Great Care and Atmosphere, Minor Language Barrier at Morning Rainbow"
We are really happy with Morning Rainbow. My mother has dementia and needs full-time care, and we feel she's getting excellent, personalized attention there. For example, since she eats very little at each meal, they give her four small meals a day instead of three larger ones. This approach is working well, and she's doing much better than she was at the nursing home. Morning Rainbow is clean, has a cheerful atmosphere, and only has 16 residents. One downside is that many of the friendly Chinese staff speak only a little English, with some not speaking it at all. However, they are very caring and good at their jobs, and the cost is reasonable. Also, there aren't many activities for the residents, so my mom mostly stays in her room watching TV, which she would do anywhere. Overall, we recommend Morning Rainbow for long-term dementia care. It has worked well for us and meets our needs.

"Great Care for Dementia Patients"
We are very happy with Morning Rainbow. My mom has dementia and needs total care, and we feel she’s getting excellent personalized attention here. For example, she eats very little at meals, so they give her four small meals a day instead of three big ones. This works well, and she’s doing much better than she was at the nursing home. Morning Rainbow is clean, cheerful, and has only 16 residents. The staff, who are lovely Chinese people, speak limited English, but they are very caring and capable. The price is reasonable. There aren’t many activities for the residents, so my mom spends most of her time in her room watching TV, but that’s what she’d be doing anywhere. Overall, we recommend Morning Rainbow for anyone needing long-term dementia care. It has worked well for us and meets our needs.

"Exceptional care in a family-like environment—highly recommend!"
While my mom lived at the assisted living center, the entire staff was really kind and attentive. It felt like a family there, with everyone residents, staff, and visitors showing care and compassion for each other. I was worried that some staff didn't speak much English, but there was always at least one person who did, so it was never a problem. I also felt that the owners cared more about giving great care than making money. I’m so thankful we chose this place and will always appreciate the care they gave my mom.

"Mom loves Morning Rainbow, but it's too expensive to stay"
Mom really enjoys living at Morning Rainbow Assisted Living. The staff takes great care of her and she's happy there. Unfortunately, it's quite pricey, so we can't afford to keep her there forever. But it's a really nice place!

"Friendly staff, but outside area needs improvement"
I think Morning Rainbow Assisted Living could improve maintenance. My uncle can’t sit outside due to the setup, and he would like to. She is very smart, and everyone is friendly and helpful.

"Great care, private room, close to medical center, attentive staff"
This place is fantastic. The neighbors are friendly, and they take care of her needs perfectly. They answer my questions and concerns quickly. The owners manage the facility daily, and I can reach them directly for fast responses. Activities are good, and while the location isn’t ideal for me, it's okay. It's close to a medical center, so she can see the doctors and specialists she needs. We picked this facility because it offers a private room, private bath, is very clean, affordable, and the staff are caring. She can stay here for the rest of her life, and they provide excellent care.

"Decent, but lacking in furnishings and cleanliness; staff pleasant."
The place was alright, but not nicely furnished. It smelled like Chinese food. The bathroom showers weren't very clean. All the beds were old hospital beds with rails. The staff was very nice. The kitchen didn't look clean.

"Spotless, cozy living space with attentive staff and residents."
This place is really clean and tidy, not too big. They have a good number of staff to take care of the people who live there.
