"Problematic Facility: Small Spaces, Missing Items, and No Activities"
The place to live and eat is tight, gloomy, and really sad. Some people's rooms even have electrical problems. They don't make food for folks with special health issues, like high blood pressure. They don't have much going on inside or outside, so folks just watch TV or stay in bed all day since there's nothing else to do. Stuff like clothes and shoes disappear and when you ask, they just say you lost it. Sometimes, it shows up much later too wrecked to use. Some of the workers, who actually seemed to care, have left.

"Excellent care and support, very clean and helpful staff"
I was really unsure when I started this process. I didn’t know what to look for or what questions to ask. After talking to Mrs. Hall, I felt much better. She and her team came to my Mom’s home, explained everything to our family, and set up a visit for Mom. She’s been there for a little over a month now, and we are very happy. The place is very clean, and the staff is always there to answer questions or handle any concerns we have.
