"Assisted Living Facility Review"
This place is super clean and the people who work there are really nice. They might need more caregivers though. I really liked the staff; they were all so welcoming. Now that my loved one is living there, they keep working with me to make sure they get what they need. Another thing I considered was how close it is to my house and if it was worth the money.

The staff is friendly and cares about the residents' well-being. If something happens to my loved one, they'll call me. They're keeping us informed during COVID and assisting with virtual visits.

"Pleasant Staff, But Not the Right Fit for Mom"
Our tour guide was really nice and knew a lot. She made us feel right at home. The place has just one floor, which gave it a cozy feeling. But the rooms seemed too tiny, and the other people living there were a lot older than our mom. We think she’s got too much energy for this place right now.

"Dissatisfied with Dad's Care at Assisted Living Facility"
My dad needed more help than they could give. He's still active but needs things to keep him busy. They thought talking with other people there would be enough, but he's not into that. So, he mostly stayed in his room sleeping. He was there for three weeks and they never even made his bed. Also, his toilet got clogged, and instead of fixing it right away, they told him to use another bathroom. It took them three days to fix it. How do you expect someone with dementia to understand not to use their own bathroom? We asked about moving him to the memory care part of the facility, but they said he'd get enough attention where he was. We've moved him to a different place now, one that you recommended.

"Seniors’ Independence Ignored by Assisted Living Facility"
They focus only on the basics of care. Seniors, regardless of their health issues, are expected to follow their rigid schedule.
