"Not Quite Right, but Impressed by Staff and Activities"
I had a good experience touring this community for my loved one. The staff were very professional and answered all our questions thoroughly. They didn’t pressure us, and I liked seeing residents joining in activities around the building. In the end, though, it wasn’t the best match for my loved one.

"Great facility with friendly staff and reassuring owner"
My father has been at Rejuvenation for about 2 weeks. He seems very happy there. He says everyone is really nice. The place is very clean, and the staff is friendly. He has a private room that is comfortable and clean. Mrs. Browne, the owner, is great! She’s a geriatric nurse practitioner, which makes us feel very reassured.

"Beautiful, clean facility with attentive care and good meals."
This is a nice place. It’s beautifully decorated, clean, and has no bad smells. The meals are fresh and have a good mix of fruits and vegetables. Residents get daily showers, and they don't stay in their rooms all day. Each room has a bed, chair, and TV. The owner is a nurse who knows all the residents. There are two caregivers during the day and a staff member awake at night. I picked this place because it’s small and has a 1:3 staff-to-guest ratio, so my mom gets good care. There don't seem to be activities, likely because some residents can't join them.

"Mixed Feelings about Assisted Living Facility"
I went to check out this place on April 18, 2014. Instead of meeting the owner, I talked with RN Marilyn. Rejuvenation has two houses close to each other – one is a colonial for 8 people, and the other is a rambler for 8 people too. Both places were really clean, with big bedrooms, and the staff were nice. The rambler might be better if someone likes to wander around during the day since it's more spacious. However, the colonial has a chair-lift for going up and down the two levels, but the stairs are narrow. This could be risky for people who have trouble judging distances or space. The cost ranges from $3,000 to $5,000, depending on the room and care level. Compared to two other places I checked out that day, I'd rank this one second. They're also open to accepting benefits from long-term care insurance.
