"Welcoming Facility with Delightful Staff"

This place felt welcoming, but it didn’t quite fit my sister’s requirements. The staff were absolutely delightful.

"Decent caregiver ratio but some accessibility issues, better options available."

This place isn't too big, which means there are enough caregivers for the number of residents. But, the first house they showed us had a sunken living room that would be really hard for someone using a walker. It seemed like even getting to the dining room would be tough. The other house they showed was better, though.
