"Questionable Practices, Poor Cleanliness and Privacy Invasion at Assisted Living Facility."
This place doesn't offer any memory care or residential services. They laugh when asked to put on a mask. They also charge for maintenance, but they don't have a set fee scale. Lots of tenants say their things get stolen. They often use their master key to barge into tenants' spaces without any warning, claiming it's for 'Maintenance.' Without asking, they charge the tenant an amount equal to their deposit for so-called 'professional' carpet cleaning. In truth, they just use a regular home carpet cleaner. To make matters worse, the carpets are still dirty and germ-ridden when you move in. They come in whenever they feel like it. Sometimes, they even knock without invite, hoping to catch their tenants in the act of wrongdoing. This place makes requests of tenants not included in the lease. North Carolina law states that inspections should only occur twice a year on average. Yet this place invades your privacy every 8-12 weeks. They'll always find a reason to charge you extra. Don't expect real repairs - they only apply quick fixes. Their main goal? To make tenants foot the bill for the repairs needed for the next tenant.

"Friendly Staff, Facility Size a Concern"
The folks here are really friendly, but the place feels a bit too cozy for what I’m looking for right now.

"Cozy, clean residence; lacks activity for residents; friendly staff."
Review: This small residential place looks nice and tidy. The people who work here are friendly and act professional. But, it seems like not much happens here. Most residents just sit around in one spot. It could be a good choice if you want your loved one to be safe, clean, and chill.
