"Mixed Feelings About Somerford House"
Somerford House is always really clean, and the staff members are super friendly and attentive. The workers who take care of our loved one every day have been wonderful. The care quality overall is good, but there's always room to get better. However, the communication with upper management could be improved, and they could respond a bit faster.

"Warm and Inviting but Lacks Independent Living Option"
Warm, inviting place. We liked that they made efforts to remove any feeling of a cold medical facility. The director met us and was enthusiastic and compassionate. "I just wanted to hug her!" Four stars instead of five because it doesn't include an independent living option. Otherwise, the place seems quite nice.
