"Terrible Owner Doesn't Know Healthcare, Hides Information"
The person in charge here is really bad. My mom needed a spot here, but when we spoke to her, she was really mean. She doesn't seem to know anything about healthcare. She wouldn't give me her license number or the last state report. It felt like she was trying to keep a secret.

"Cozy Ranch-Style Home Impresses!"
I met the owner and toured the property on Liberty Rd. I was very pleased with the ranch-style home and the cozy atmosphere.

"The Comforts of Home - Reisterstown: Good but Far"
I was recommended to The Comforts of Home in Randallstown, but it was full. They did have an opening in their Reisterstown location. I liked the Reisterstown location overall, including the staff and the way the facility looked. The only downside was the distance. I had to make a quick decision because my sister was being discharged from the hospital and needed assisted living right away. I chose Reisterstown because it seemed the best option at the time, but if I had more time, I might have found a better place.

"Mixed feelings"
Our time at The Comforts of Home has been a bit up and down. The place itself is nice, and the daily care they offer is good. But the manager isn't very professional or easy to deal with, which makes the whole experience less enjoyable.

"Upset with impractical rules at assisted living facilities"
I'm really upset with this place. I visited at a bad time, but didn't like this or another one where they tell you to take your shoes off after you go in.

"Lacks Activities but Clean and Updated Facility"
This place is okay, but it doesn't have many activities. It's really clean though, and they make sure everything is up to date.
