"Kind and Caring Staff at Assisted Living Facility"

I saw how hard it is to be a caregiver, especially with my mom's Alzheimer's. The staff is respectful even when she's difficult. She hasn't been there long, but I see how the employees act when they don't know you're watching. They are loving, caring, and kind.

"Staff engages warmly with residents, creating a cheerful, welcoming environment."

The staff here engages with residents daily, from the director to maintenance. We feel warmly welcomed on our regular visits. It's a cheerful, welcoming atmosphere.

"Assisted Living Tour: Friendly Staff, Needs Unmet"

We visited this place, and the tour was nice. The workers were nice and answered everything we asked. But, it didn't fit what we needed.

"Unwelcoming and Depressing Assisted Living Facility"

Got to the place at the right time for our meeting. There wasn't anyone who welcomed us. They asked us to hang tight, but there was nowhere to do this at all. Whatever we did manage to see was really upsetting. We chose to leave, rather than stick around for a closer look.

"Facility Shows Care, Needs Homier Touches"

The people living here seem taken care of, and the workers pay attention. They're fixing up the rooms with new floors that look like wood. The walls are plain white, with not much art or fancy stuff. It's okay, but it would be much better if they decorated to make it feel more like a home. It feels very much like a hospital.

"Needs More Personalized Care for My Wife"

The facility is getting fixed up, and the people working there are super kind. But the care they give didn’t fit what my wife needs. Even the special care area for memory issues wasn’t right for her. I don’t feel it’s the best place for her. If we come back to Transitions, she’ll need more help with her daily stuff, better safety, and someone to make sure she goes to the bathroom and is looked after all the time.

"Caring Staff and Affordable Care for My Mom"

I found this place after a lot of research. I'm glad they won't just kick my mom out when she runs out of money. A friend found this place after she spent all her mom's money at an expensive place. I visited her and saw the new owners keep making things better. It was an easy choice when I needed help with my mom. They explained everything and even gave me Medicaid info so I can start planning now. It's not fancy, but it has everything my mom needs good care from people who really care, good meals, and activities. She is always clean and seems happy.

"Excellent care, friendly staff, affordable, and quick problem resolution"

The care my mom gets is much better than I thought. The staff is friendly and always does their best. My mom was in a place that was too expensive. Here, the care is affordable and simple, without unnecessary extras. If I have any problems, they are quickly resolved, and the director always appreciates me pointing them out.

"Dismal Conditions and Neglect at Assisted Living Facility"

My mom lives at this assisted living place, and it wasn't my decision. I don't have the legal authority to move her elsewhere. Whenever we visit, she's wearing dirty clothes and her room is a mess, including the bathroom. She's always in bed even when everyone else is out eating in the dining hall. The staff claims she's tired and doesn't want to eat. There's nowhere to spend time with her except her messy room, as the TV lounge is too cramped. The lobby area is open to everyone and isn't a comfortable spot. There's too little supervision here. No one would even notice if I walked out with mom and didn't bring her back for days, or even hours. We have to basically hunt down staff members to inform them when we're taking her out. I strongly advise you don't let your parent or loved one be stuck at this facility.
