"Needs Improvement in Care and Communication"
Up to now, we’re not really feeling like we’re getting our money’s worth for the big monthly fee. We’re mostly worried about how they take care of things and the way they talk to us. The nurse that gave us the most trouble just left, so we’re waiting to see if things get better with the new nurse before we think about the tough choice of moving our mom somewhere else. They definitely have some things they need to get better at here.

"Mixed Feelings on Atria Kennebunk Tour"
Our family visited Atria Kennebunk in person. The tour was average. The guide shared useful information but was overly intrusive. The community felt impersonal and didn't meet our expectations for comfort, plus it was more expensive than expected.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living"
I visited this place, and it's decent. It's clean, staff is super friendly, and the interior is beautiful. However, it felt more like a hospital or rehab center. We didn't find that cozy, homey feeling we wanted. The food, though? Very good!

"Great for Moderate Care Needs"
We had a wonderful tour at Atria Kennebunk Place. The facility looked really nice, but they couldn’t give my loved one the care they needed. If your loved one needs moderate care, this place would be perfect.

"Mixed Feelings: Great Staff, More Independent Than Expected Assisted Living"
The nursing staff at Atria has been great! My mom struggled with the transition. Atria's assisted living feels more like independent living, which should have been clearer upfront.

"Not enough Maine care availability."
This place is really nice, with great amenities. It would be five stars if they had Maine care available.

"Insufficient Patient Evaluation at Atria Kennebunk"
Our time at Atria Kennebunk wasn't great. I believe they really need to take a closer look at how they examine their patients. After only a short 10 minute chat with my family member, they claimed they could meet all his needs, but that didn't happen in the end. His care needs were more than they could handle, so we had to find another place for him.

"She loves it, no complaints."
She loves Atria Kennebunk and wishes she had come sooner. The staff is very friendly. It is expensive, but we are happy with the facility. She is very happy here overall, and I have no complaints.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living"
The place seemed nice, but Dad didn't like the strong community focus. Care options were good initially, but maybe lacking toward the end.

"A Pleasant Experience Worth Comparing"
This place is really nice. I felt super comfy there. I learned a bunch and can't wait to check out some other places to compare. I really liked how they take care of people.
