"Recommended Assisted Living Community"
We chose this community because we needed a place for our loved ones, and they had available rooms. It's a pleasant place with a good environment. Overall, I'd recommend it to other families.

"Mixed Experience at The Enclave: Pushy Sales, Busy Location"
I visited The Enclave of Scarborough. The tour was good. The salesperson was a bit pushy and used a hard-sell approach. They wanted us to sign up that day. We decided on another community because The Enclave is on a busy street.

"Assisted Living Facility Offers Varied Activities; Meals Need Consistency"
The facility hosts live entertainment weekly, organizes trips, and in-house games. Portion sizes vary; meal consistency could improve.

"Friendly staff and comfortable environment make this facility a top choice"
I had a really positive experience at this assisted living facility. The staff is very friendly and caring, always ready to help. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They offer a variety of activities that keep everyone engaged. The food is tasty and nutritious. One minor downside is that sometimes there can be delays in getting help, but overall, it's a great place for loved ones.

"Mixed Experience Touring The Enclave: Staffing and Availability Issues"
We had a good tour at The Enclave. They were helpful and informative. They didn't have openings then, and seemed short on staff, common elsewhere.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short in Homeliness and Amenities"
When we entered, it seemed too much like a hospital. The rooms are spacious. They serve drinks, but for people with memory issues, not ideal. Overall, not what we needed.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Limited Outdoor Space"
COVID safety rules are followed here. Visitors must wear masks. The grounds are well-maintained, but it's a small community on a busy street. There's not much outdoor space for residents to socialize. The common room by the front door is often busy with friendly residents. During the tour, they highlighted puzzle areas, the dining room wing for Memory Care, and the beauty salon. Transportation is available for appointments, and the cost is similar to other places I've visited.
