"Friendly Staff in Cozy Setting"
It's a nice place, but sometimes confusing. Not all caregivers can assist with everything, and finding specific help can be tricky. The smaller size is less overwhelming, and the staff is super friendly.

"Assisted Living Staff Saved the Day!"
Today my dad had a big problem, so we went to the ER late at night. When we got back, everyone at the place was checking on us, being nice, giving us food because he missed breakfast, and more. When things were hard, they really helped a lot. The staff deserves 5 stars, from the boss to the helpers. I'd tell other people to go here too.

"Scarborough Terrace: Good Tour, Backup Option"
I visited Scarborough Terrace and had a good tour. We picked it as our backup in case our first choice didn’t work out.

"Lacking Amenities and Ambience"
This place didn't have a gym or any area for exercise. It felt like a nursing home, which wasn't what we wanted for our loved one.

"Lovely Community with Helpful Staff"
We visited a lovely, tidy community with friendly, helpful staff. Ultimately, we chose a different place closer to home.

"Quick and Caring Move for Dad"
Scarborough Terrace was really quick to help us get my Dad settled in. They listened to our questions and concerns as we all got used to this new way of living. All the staff have been great, and we feel my Dad is in a good place. This is all new for us, and they were there to answer our questions and still are.
