"High Costs and Maintenance Issues Mar Assisted Living Facility"

The place is spotless, but it could use a fresh coat of paint, new floors, a solution for the old, damp smell, and more light. Everybody there seems friendly, but I'm worried there may not be enough staff. The price tag is steep for the quality of the place, and I would think twice before having my family or friends live there.
