"Clean and Convenient Assisted Living Near Home"
I would for sure tell others about this place. We chose this community because it's near my house and really neat.

"Misleading Info and High Costs Disappoint in Assisted Living"
The cost keeps going up, but the caregivers don't do much medically. I was given wrong information initially, and I'm unhappy with the pricing.

"Positive experience with staff; desires more activities for engagement."
Overall, everything is going well and I'm very happy. I believe it's one of the top facilities in the area. The staff who administer medications are very kind, which is a big positive. My loved one also enjoys their company. It is quite costly, and there aren't many activities offered. I would like to see more activities so she can be more active. Overall, it has been a very good experience.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
I visited this place and wasn't impressed. It looks nice outside, but inside it's dark and a bit dingy. I didn't like how they do seating for meals. Also, it's pricier than some others.

"Great staff, but no 24/7 front desk or memory care"
I had a really good tour at Atria Kinghaven. I really liked the staff there. However, we decided not to choose this place for two main reasons. First, they don't have someone at the front desk all the time. So if my dad needed help, he would have to leave his room to find someone. Plus, it would take longer to get buzzed in. Second, they don’t have memory care services. Even though I don’t think my dad will need that, I didn't want to have to move him again just in case. Other than these points, it seemed like a really nice place.

"Assisted Living Tour: Clean, Caring, Pricier Choice at Atria Kinghaven"
Atria Kinghaven was nice and pretty during our tour. Everything was clean and fresh. Everyone was helpful, kind, and outgoing, showing they cared. Our main worry was the higher cost compared to other options.

"Unsure tour; not right for family member; not convincing."
Our family visited the place, and the tour was just okay. We weren't totally convinced, and we felt unsure about some things, so we decided it wasn't the right fit for our loved one.

"A Pleasant Place for Mom: Clean, Cozy, and Active Living"
My husband thought this place was great. There were pretty flowers everywhere. It's super clean and tidy, and they really take care of the outside too. They've got snacks all the time, and my mother-in-law really likes the food. They give you big portions and even bring it to your room if you need. They help with getting groceries too. She's having a blast with all the activities, especially movie night.

"Far Location, Narrow Halls, High Cupboard: Otherwise Good Community"
The place was far from where I live, which was a bummer. Also, the halls were too narrow, and the cupboards in the apartment were too high up.

"Great Community with Tasty Food and Stylish Dining"
My mother-in-law stayed here for a little while, and it’s a nice place. They have bigger food portions and more choices than her current place. The community itself is pleasant with a stunning entryway. The dining room has nice tablecloths, and it feels like a restaurant. The only downside was that it was a bit too expensive for her budget.

"Good, But Could Use Some Work"
My dad’s doing pretty good at this place. The people who work here could be better, though. The place looks nice and they keep it really clean. They have stuff to do here, and the food’s great. I’d tell people it’s a decent place, but I’ve got a few doubts.

"They Tried!"
This place used to be good, but now it's just not enough to take care of my mom. It's clean, and they have activities for the residents.

"We Checked Out Several Places, But Liked the Homey Feeling of This Facility."
The staff is super friendly and helpful. The residents are welcoming and assure you that your stay will be enjoyable. There are plenty of activities for my sister-in-law to try out. She also likes the food, and the apartments have great lighting.

"Impressed with care, grounds, and activities at assisted living facility."
I like it here. No big issues. Norma, the main nurse, impresses me. She's very careful with us. The gardens look nice, and they work hard on them. They plan fun stuff, like a forties night, and invite families.

"very welcoming, billing can be a hassle though"
I felt they didn't give me enough information during orientation. Plus, I got a big bill without details, so I'm not sure what I'm paying for. Getting an itemized statement is a hassle through their payment company. The place is super clean, and they made my mom feel welcome right away. Lots of great activities too. Overall positive, but billing can be a hassle.

"Watch out for unexpected fees at this assisted living facility"
I liked the tour and how the place looked, but there's something to watch out for. They added charges to my bill without asking, which wasn't cool. When I asked about it, the person I talked to went off on a tangent about how adult care is expensive but worth it. It didn't really relate to my question and felt like they were trying to avoid answering me.

"Kinghaven Assisted Living: A Pricey Choice"
The outside looked great, even with 3 feet of snow. The dining room was dark at noon (maybe because of clouds). One bedroom was impressive—very clean and spacious with lots of closets. The idea of residents wearing a Life Alert sounds good, but a dementia patient might forget what that is. The cost seems high—$2,700 per month plus a $1,600 new resident fee (and add $125 per month for electric, gas, and cable TV). Also, there’s an extra $250 for Level 1 medication management. This location is where my grandmother stayed about 15 years ago. A classmate from high school mentioned that Kinghaven lost someone’s grandfather for several hours. Overall, it’s a pricey place.

"Exceptional Value Assisted Living: All-Inclusive Amenities, Affordable Rates"
This place, Mo2Mo, is really great. It costs between $3050 to $3150 per month plus an extra $650 if another person is staying with you. There's also a one-time fee of $1600. But for all that money, you get meals, housekeeping, laundry services, and transportation included.
