"Convenient Location, But Room Issues"
The staff and everyone were nice, and the location was convenient. However, the room felt cramped, and the community seemed a bit worn down. Ultimately, I found a better option elsewhere.

"Great care and communication, though expensive and staff is short"
Our loved one lives in a big double studio apartment. It’s pricey, but worth it. We’re finally getting the communication we missed at their old place. The staff, although fewer like in other places, do their best. Some have been there over 20 years, which is comforting. The doctor is nearby, which is great. The doctor and their team keep us well-informed and address our health concerns.

"Neglected Facility Leaves Father Wheelchair-Bound"
My dad stayed in memory care for almost a year. He used a walker to get around. During Covid lockdown, I couldn't visit him or take him out. I worried about his mobility. Dad asked for physical therapy, but the facility said he was fine. Later, a different assessment revealed he couldn't even stand on his own. I'm heartbroken that neglect led to him being wheelchair-bound. Despite insurance covering physical therapy, they didn't make the best choices.

"Hazardous Rehab Facility Inept at Providing Essential Care"
My dad was at Bellbrook for just 4 days but now, he's in the hospital fighting to stay alive! This rehab facility is absolutely the worst and I would never advise anyone to let their loved ones stay there! They just cannot properly care for people, not in the way they need to be cared for! They really should be shut down!
