"Avoid Facility: Unable to Care for Patients with Memory Issues"
This facility is nothing more than adult foster care, and they can't manage people with memory problems properly. I had a terrible time there with my mom, who has Alzheimer's disease. They initially assessed my mom in the hospital and said they could handle her. But just a week after moving her in, they said they couldn't deal with her issues. Despite asking her to leave within a week, they refused to give back her security deposit. It was a constant struggle during that week. They couldn't deal with her memory issues and constantly called me for help. It was clear to me that this place doesn't know how to handle people with memory issues. One day I came in and found my mom lying on the floor, with the staff clueless about what to do. They even admitted that they were withholding her medicine, because according to them, she should only use the bathroom every other day. To make matters worse, they refused to change my mom's full briefs, putting that responsibility on the family. They just don't have what it takes to care for incontinent patients. They don't do regular brief checks every two hours and I'm not sure they even have a system for that. Think twice if you are considering this facility for a loved one.

"Pleasant Staff, Far for Family, Memory Care"
The person in charge was away, and no one knew I was coming. A staff member gave me a tour and answered my questions. They were very nice, and I liked what I saw. However, I think this place is too far for my family to drive. Also, as my grandma's memory worsens, we'll need a place that specializes in memory care.

"Caring staff but not right for Mom."
I really liked the people who work there. They seemed to care a lot. But, the place itself won't be good for my mom.

"Not a good fit for my family member"
We had to move out due to care issues and incidents. My family member with dementia had restroom behavior problems.
