"Expensive Care Home Lacks Trained Office Staff and Coverage"
Besides being almost too expensive, most of the caregivers were kind and decently trained. However, those office workers could've used some of that training, too. The biggest letdown was their communication. Plus, Medicare doesn't cover any of this. The way they set prices should consider this, as the cost increases with the resident's level of care. It's not fair to label it as "assisted living" when the resident needs full care.

"Mixed feelings about staff at assisted living facility"
The main nurse isn't very friendly. Some workers don't seem happy to be here. It's hard to get help for my dad. But there are some really nice workers here.

"Room for Improvement"
I really like it here, but there’s room for improvement. I’m open to talking about any issues.

"Brother Thriving in Safe, Caring Community"
My brother's doing great in this place. The staff takes good care of him, and I'm happy he's there. It's a safe spot, and I'd suggest it to others.

"Great help, slow water fix, overall satisfaction!"
My mom's doing better here, thanks to the staff. We're surprised by how well she's adjusting. The only issue is the water in her place—it's not right. They're trying to fix it, but it's taking longer than we'd like. Still, we're happy overall with what they're doing.

"Assisted Living Community: Great for Parents, Needs Food Improvements"
My folks are happy here, no more cooking or cleaning. Mom's thrilled! Their apartment's nice, but a second bathroom option would be great. Common areas are tidy, and everyone we've met is friendly. Staff's super friendly and helpful too. Only worry is the food; not many healthy choices. Dad's a vegetarian and struggles to find nutritious options. We need more variety like whole grains, beans, avocados, and non-dairy alternatives. The water smells like sulfur and upset their stomachs, but a filter fixed it. Overall, it's better than being alone at home. They're mostly content, but Dad's struggling with the cost.

"Wonderful place for your loved ones"
Everyone here is super nice and professional. My dad got used to it way faster than I thought he would. I think it's because they really care about the people living here, which made Dad feel less homesick right away. Now, I can sleep at night knowing he's safe and well taken care of.

"Lovely facility but flu outbreak and waitlist hindered placement"
The place was perfect for independent living but it wouldn't work for my mom. They had some assisted living options too, but when I visited, a flu outbreak was going around. They suggested it wasn't a good idea to check out that area, and I knew from my hometown that the flu was spreading. We decided it was best to skip that part of the tour. I don't think they'd be able to keep the residents in their rooms unless they were sick, and then they probably would choose to stay there. The place was nice and we wished we could move mom in, but another issue was there were no available spots for two months and we needed something immediately.
