"Warm Community with Active Residents at Brookdale Brighton"
At Brookdale Brighton, what stands out most is how friendly and welcoming both the staff and residents are. The residents are noticeably active and seem to genuinely enjoy each other's company. The atmosphere made a significant difference during my visit—I felt so welcomed that I could see myself staying there. Privately, all the residents spoke highly of the facility. Overall, it's an impressive place.

"Assisted Living Facility Disappointed Us: Phone Evaluation, No Refund"
They really wanted us to pick this place for our family member. Instead of sending a nurse to check her, they just talked on the phone. That wasn’t enough to decide if she could stay there. We realized it wasn’t right for her based on what she needed. She never even went there, but we still had to pay. That didn’t seem fair to us. We were super let down by the whole thing.
