I would recommend Brookdale Meridian Assisted Living to others. The staff and residents were very friendly and helpful. I could always contact them by email, phone, or in person. My loved one moved to hospice shortly after arriving, and the staff supported us during that time.

"Workers High On Drugs, Puts Residents at Risk"
The workers here are using drugs during breaks and meals, then they pretend to "take care" of the residents. One employee [name removed], even shared a video of herself smoking weed while on break. These workers, under the influence, are supposed to look after our family members, which puts them in danger. This is terrible, don't even think about admitting your family here.

Brookdale Meridian was a smaller community. It was clean, and the rooms were nice. I didn’t notice any issues with it. However, it was quite costly - $8,000 per month plus an additional fee for supplies.

"Nice place but lacked the homey feeling we wanted"
Brookdale Meridian seemed like a nice place and was a serious option for us. I liked that they had smaller dining rooms on each part of the floor, so meals felt more personal and less crowded. They offered good activities, and the apartments were nice. The staff appeared to be attentive to the residents. However, we didn't quite feel the homey atmosphere we were hoping for.

The place is clean and modern. The hallways are easy to navigate and well-lit. The front desk staff is very friendly. The rooms are a good size. It's affordable. They have beautiful outdoor spaces with patios and a walking path around the building.

"Billing and Staff Issues at Assisted Living Facility"
The food was tasty, and they looked after the community well. However, the staff didn't address my dad's needs properly. There's no nurse available in the evenings for medication assistance. They also charged for services he didn't receive. Dealing with the administration has been challenging, and we're having billing issues for my dad's short stay.
