"Great care and activities, but staffing could be better"
My family member enjoys the food here. There are lots of activities to choose from, and the care for the residents is excellent. However, they should work on having more staff.

The Brookdale Saginaw place is super clean and friendly. The staff we met during our first visit were impressive, especially considering how long they’ve been there.

"Bad Management and Facility Needs Improvement, Staff are Great."
The boss at this Sagawin place is awful. She pointed her finger in my face and shouted at me. She's arrogant and seems angry all the time. Ever since she got here, many employees have quit. The area for dementia patients needs some improvements. The staff who take care of us are nice and fantastic.

"A Welcoming Assisted Living Experience"
The staff is super friendly and keeps my Mom busy with fun activities. Communication is excellent, and I’d recommend this place to other families.

"Decent Facility, but Activities Less Than Expected"
The team here really tries their best. On average, there are about three workers for every twenty people living here. The place is super clean and looks nice. The rooms are big enough and have plenty of space. The workers clean a lot and also do the laundry. Everyone gets three meals a day, plus yummy desserts and snacks. If my mom gets hungry at other times, they make sure she gets something extra to eat. They have exercise classes for fun stuff to do. I thought they would do more, like special care for memory and have performers come by, but there hasn’t been much of that. They also said they’d take my mom out on trips, but I don’t think that’s happened in the two months she’s been here.

"Assisted Living Tour Feedback"
I visited this place for my mom's needs. The tour was alright. The atmosphere felt too much like a hospital. I was hoping for a cozier setting for my mom. It's an okay community, but not the right fit for us.

"Terrible Safety, Food, and Billing Issues at Assisted Living Facility"
I can't stand this place anymore. They lack a proper safety system to protect residents. The meals they serve are terrible, and if someone doesn't like their food, they just serve them a bowl of Jell-O for dinner. My experience here was awful. They even charged me too much and I'm still sorting that mess out. I've hit my limit with them.

"Assisted Living Review: Beautiful Setting, Supportive Staff, Mixed Food Reception"
The community looks great. The staff are amazing. Mom dislikes the food. They have daily activities. She gets her hair done weekly. I'd suggest this community.
