"Food Quality Issues at Assisted Living Facility"
Well, my first observation is about the food preparation and choices. They serve cold food from lunch through dinner because the kitchen lacks warming lights. Some of the meat items are undercooked or not cooked at all, which could lead to patients getting food poisoning. Secondly, they need better supervision when it comes to dietary needs. It seems like all residents get the same meal, and there's too much salt and sugar added to each dish.

"Friendly, clean, and active atmosphere for residents"
We picked Brookridge Heights because my daughter thought it was the brightest and had the best vibe to keep me active. Everyone here is super friendly. The room sizes are different, but I have three rooms, and it's just right for me. They are really good with COVID safety and keep everything clean. I would recommend it to others.

"Amazing Place"
I toured Brookridge Heights and was very impressed by the guide. The staff stopped and talked to us and we felt very comfortable. It’s a beautiful community and we will definitely be making a move in the near future.

"The best Assisted Living and Memory Care"
Brookridge Heights is a wonderful community. My grandpa is happy and doing well here. We've seen him improve and have a higher quality of life than he did at home. Knowing he is well taken care of has been a great relief for my mother.

"A new, loving home for my mom, with caring staff!"
I would definitely recommend Brookridge Heights for a loved one. Deciding to move my mother to assisted living memory care was tough, and I felt like I had failed in some way. But the staff quickly eased my worries. They worked hard to help her settle in and gave her lots of love and attention, making the move much easier. The care aides are very attentive to her needs and keep me updated on everything in her life.

Our mom has been living at Brookridge for the past two years. One of us visits her every day. She is very happy with everything at Brookridge, like the nursing, activities, meals, and housekeeping. "Suggestions for Assisted Living Facility"
The info board needs regular updates for accurate orientation details. The activities assistant should change the day date promptly. Providing clear information verbally is also important, especially for confused individuals. Introducing more activities involving outside folks, like pet therapy, and music sessions featuring piano players with music from different eras, such as big band swing and classical, or even French Cajun music like zydeco, could greatly enrich the residents' experience.
