"Mixed feelings: Clean, friendly assisted living with long waitlist."
My loved one had planned to move here due to friends' recommendations, but the timing didn't fit; a 6-month waitlist was a setback. Despite being pricier and having a nursing home scent, it was well-maintained. Food quality was good, and residents seemed content.

"Memory Care Facility Falls Short in Outdated, Isolated Setting"
My family visited this place for a tour. The part for people needing memory care seemed old-fashioned, and we didn't like where it was placed. The residents there seemed cut off from everyone else, making it feel gloomy. The staff were nice, but the memory care area didn't leave a good impression on us. We think the part for regular assisted living might be better.

"Assisted Living Facility Offers Comprehensive Care Options"
We chose Canterbury on the Lake because it offers all levels of care. If my mom needs to move, she can stay within the facility. The room sizes here are good for her needs. I haven't tried the food, but the menu looks nice. Overall, I would recommend it to others looking for similar care.

"Assisted Living Charm: Clean, Cheerful, Friendly Staff, Happy Residents"
The facility was really clean and bright. I liked the murals on the walls showing outdoor scenes. It felt like a little shopping area with a gift shop, beauty parlor, and clinic. The residents I saw seemed happy, and the staff was very friendly.

"Visitor Experience at Canterbury Assisted Living Falls Short of Expectations"
I visited the Canterbury. It felt too fancy. I had to go all the way to the back, not the front where it's fancy. I waited a long time, but no one came to talk to me, so I left.

"Safe and Happy Living at Canterbury!"
My mom moved to Canterbury over 2 years ago, and it’s been amazing. She’s so happy living with her friends in her own apartment! There are lots of fun activities like cards, gardening, and bingo. The best part? She feels safe here! We’re glad we chose Canterbury on the Lake—it’s a wonderful community.
