"Neglect and Inattention: Assisted Living Facility Not Worth One Star"
This place isn't even worth one star. My husband's parents were placed here for long term care and it’s been nothing but problems. They both need help with daily tasks, especially using the bathroom. My husband's dad needs someone to feed him at meals. But, there's hardly ever someone around to do it. His meals end up colder than when they were served, and he goes hungry. My husband's mom is at risk of falling. She's fallen a few times trying to reach the bathroom, or help his dad eat, because the staff don't respond to their call lights. No one answers the main phone after 8 p.m. either. So, it's really hard to get in touch with a nurse. Now, his mom has had an accident because they didn't answer her call light. It's already 8:30 p.m. and his dad is just now eating. That's just a glimpse of the many problems here. We've had to reach out to the corporate office twice in the last 2 weeks. No one should have to call every time a resident needs help to have a staff member assist them. You should avoid this place at all costs. It's a total nightmare!

"Unbearable Conditions at Assisted Living Facility"
This is the absolute worst assisted living facility. I was there for about two and a half weeks and they changed my bed only two times. The food was always served cold. The employees didn't seem to care about my wellbeing or the cleanliness of the place. The bathroom was always dirty and they had the audacity to leave my dirty items from changing in a trash can right by my bed. They always took forever to respond to my calls for assistance. I wouldn't even think of taking a dead animal there, let alone a living person. They need to completely overhaul their staff, from top to bottom. They gave me medication that I didn't even need. It seems to me like they're only in it for the money and nothing more. I strongly believe they should just shut this place down.

"Inadequate Care at Assisted Living Facility: A Loved One's Warning"
This place is really awful. They don't have enough staff, the food is like mush and they give such tiny portions. The rooms haven't been cleaned in weeks and there's hardly any social activities, so the residents feel very alone. The management, all the way up to the big bosses, doesn't do anything helpful. Please, don't let your family member stay here.

"Mixed Experience: Consider Touring for Loved Ones' Care"
We stayed at this place briefly for care. It wasn't great during our time here. The workers were friendly, but they occasionally were slow with her medicine. The food could be better. We recommend families visit to check out the care for a loved one.

"So far so good at Care-Tel"
After two months of service for my mom, she appreciates the care she receives. The caregivers are friendly and attentive, and the facility is clean and orderly. Meals are prompt, but I'd like more encouragement for her activities.

"Improvements Needed at Caretel Assisted Living Facility"
My mom is getting better at Caretel, which is good. But we had a small problem with her medicine doses, although they fixed it. I haven't seen any registered nurses in the part where people live. The place is nice, but maybe they could clean a bit better. There aren't many food choices, but the food tastes good. I'm not sure if I'd suggest this place. You should research before choosing it.
