We've had a great experience so far. What we like most about Charter Senior Living of Davison is the staff. They go out of their way to help residents and keep families informed. The staff treats every resident with smiles and hugs. There are many activities every day and fun outings. The Activities Director is amazing!

Charter Senior Living of Davidson is a nice place for residents. They could improve by cleaning rooms, washing linens, and communicating better with hospice. Overall, it’s good, considering the challenge of caring for so many people.

It's a great place for your loved one. The staff is friendly and caring toward the residents. They offer activities for everyone. My aunt chose Charter after comparing other places for the best value. The main issue is meal timing and temperature.

We picked Charter Senior Living for its convenience. The facility is beautiful. Although my loved one required a lot of care, sometimes the response time was slower than expected. Overall, it's a pleasant place.

"Affordable, Friendly Assisted Living with Activities and Kitchen"
I’m excited for this new community to open. The staff I’ve met are friendly, and the food is homemade. They’ll have a puzzle room, theater, and other activities. Mom’s apartment even has its own kitchen. Plus, it’s more affordable than her current community.
