"Disappointing experience, lacking expected care for mentally stressed patients."
I'm really disappointed with this place. I think they should take better care of people, especially those who are feeling mentally stressed. They need to have trained people who know how to help those folks.

"Beware of Shady Staff at Chester Street!"
We went on a tour and Chester Street looked like a great place at first glance, but it's a total waste of money. The man who showed us around was really untrustworthy and sketchy.

Most of the care my loved one got was from hospice. We didn't interact much with other residents, but the ones we met were sweet. The facility was clean, but the food was terrible. They dropped the tray by the bedside and left, even though she couldn't reach it. Beware of the fine print 30 days' notice required to vacate, even after someone passes away. My loved one died alone, and the director presented a bitter bill. They also criticized our hospice care and pushed their recommended company.

"Costly Facility with Unexpected Memory Care"
During our visit to the assisted living place, we thought it cost too much for what we were hoping for. The part of the building for people with memory issues wasn’t like we thought it would be. The folks living there were walking about by themselves. The kind of personal care I wanted for my family member wasn’t there.

"Owner Went Above and Beyond for Our Short Stay"
Our family member stayed here for a short time, but we had a great experience. We especially liked [name removed], the owner. He went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. He was very involved, worked hard, and was always helpful. He made sure we were happy and comfortable.
