"Limited Space and Lackluster Dining Setup"
The place felt cramped, and the dining area setup wasn’t great. It seemed too tiny, and most folks were just lounging in chairs, dozing off. This isn’t the kind of place I’d want for someone I care about.

"Assisted Living Facility Disappoints with Small, Cramped Rooms"
During our visit, we quickly realized this wasn't suitable. It seemed too cramped, with tiny rooms and an institutional vibe.

"Memory care lacking, but some staff show genuine care."
The boss is great, and we think she really tried hard to help us. When we expected the staff at the memory care facility to know a lot about memory care activities, we were disappointed. The director made sure our request for the resident to walk around the yard at least 3 times a day was met, but we had to insist. Otherwise, he would've stayed alone in his room all day. The food is really bad, which was a surprise and a letdown. After we complained, the director stepped in again. There were three people who really took good care of their patients and cared about them. But apart from them, everyone else was the opposite. They were often rude and dishonest.

My mom is doing well here. Everything is going great. She gets great care at this place. I am happy with everything they have done for us.

"Happy We Found Courtyard"
Moving Mom to Courtyard was tough for her, but the staff really helped her get used to her new place. She's more active now, and I can never reach her by phone because she's always out of her room. The meals are tasty, which her last place didn't have. Her room is always clean, even though she likes to hide her clothes and snacks. I would recommend Courtyard for anyone who needs some daily help or more care because I've seen how well they treat everyone.

"Lack of Activity in Small Assisted Living Community Disappoints!"
I was going to put down some money for this place, but that was before we checked out the one my mom's at now. It's a tiny spot with only about 19 beds, and honestly, it feels more like a nursing home than an active community. I just didn't think it had enough going on for my mom.

I visited this community for my mom, and I was really impressed. Everything looked neat and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. If my mom moves here, I think she'll be in good hands. It feels like a positive place.

"Wonderful Place!"
At Courtyard Manor, everything has been great so far! The staff is amazing—welcoming, friendly, and gentle. They’ve really gone out of their way to help my loved one settle in. The facility itself is clean, well-kept, and attractive. And the food? Fantastic! It smells amazing every time I visit, and my loved one can’t stop raving about it!
